On-the-job coaching and guidance
During this process, we coach your employee, guide them in their daily work, and act as a sounding board and source of information. We don’t take the work off their hands, because practice makes perfect, right? But we do ensure that ultimately, that learning does not come at the expense of your company by making timely adjustments where necessary.
But how exactly do we go about this?
Intake interview
We speak with both you, the client, and the candidate you have registered for our coaching program.
This gives us a complete picture of your expectations and objectives, as well as the candidate’s drive and level of knowledge.
Mini assessment
Based on the intake, we conduct a mini assessment with your candidate. We do this to gain detailed insight into his or her way of thinking and understanding of complex matters, based on a number of questions and scenarios.
Contract proposal
Following the intake and assessment, we will provide you and your candidate with a proposal in which the method, time commitment, and initial duration of the coaching program are determined.
In addition, where necessary, we may also recommend additional training to increase your candidate’s level of knowledge.
Contract signed, what’s next?
Throughout the coaching program, we will periodically evaluate the progress with the candidate and with you as the client and adjust the program where necessary.
Has the initial term ended? Then we conclude this part with a reassessment of the candidate.
Based on this and our joint evaluations, we will advise you and your candidate on a possible follow-up process.
